These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Melqartio and any user who creates an account or purchases a product or digital service on melqartio.com. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The Terms in force at the time of purchase apply.

It is the customer's responsibility to cancel their subscription from their account settings before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is issued for an already-billed period.
To cancel: log in to your account → My Subscription → Cancel Subscription. A confirmation email will be sent.
All prices are displayed in euros inclusive of applicable taxes at the date of purchase. Melqartio reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time; changes do not apply to active subscriptions until their next renewal.
Payments are processed online by card through a secure payment system (Stripe, SSL encryption). Melqartio does not store any card data.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge that:
No refund will be issued once access to a service has been activated, whether for a one-time purchase or an already-billed subscription period. This applies regardless of the customer's country of residence, in accordance with French law, EU regulations, and international standard practice.
Exception: should Melqartio permanently discontinue a service, subscribers may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the remaining subscription period.
Services are available 24/7 except in cases of force majeure or scheduled maintenance. Melqartio will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity and notify users of planned downtime. In the event of an unplanned outage exceeding 30 consecutive days, the subscription period may be extended by an equivalent duration.
Account creation is free. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any order placed using valid credentials is deemed to have been made by the account holder.
Melqartio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice or compensation.
Melqartio holds all rights over the structure, content, software and trademarks present on the site. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal proceedings.
Licenses granted to customers are personal, non-transferable and limited to private use.
Melqartio shall not be held liable for any malfunction not directly attributable to it (internet outage, client device failure, etc.). Melqartio's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts shall have jurisdiction.
